About Long Panel

Long panel uses two wide raised panels per section instead of four short ones. The result is a calmer, slightly more formal face that tends to suit larger houses and wider openings, where a short-panel grid can start to look busy.

Mechanically it is the same door as short panel — same steel, same insulation options, same hardware — so the choice is purely about how you want the front of the house to read.

Stocked in the same broad range of widths and finishes, including the fully insulated version for attached garages.

We hold 6', 8', 9', 10', 16', 18' in stock (7 ft and 8 ft heights). Any other size or finish is a special order — the technician confirms the real lead time at the measure rather than guessing.
