New Garage Doors Fitted in Arlington Heights

Most Arlington Heights garages are attached, and plenty of them share a wall with a kitchen or a laundry, or sit directly under a bedroom. That makes the door part of the building envelope rather than just a cover over an opening. New track goes onto the jambs, the springs are wound to the weight of the door that is actually going up, and the opener is either re-hung and reset or replaced if it is at the end of its life.

Before we go, the door is balanced by hand, the auto-reverse is tested against a solid obstruction, the photo eyes are checked and the bottom seal is set to the slab. Older slabs around here are rarely flat, so that last step usually needs adjusting rather than simply fitting.
