What a dragging roller costs you elsewhere on the door
A roller that has stopped rolling scrapes along one flange of the track and feeds a sideways load into the hinge it is fitted to. The hinge hole wallows out, the stem starts to sit at an angle, and eventually there is enough tilt in it to leave the track at the radius. Hinges on a sectional door are stamped by position, so the replacement has to match the number or the door will not sit square.
That is why hinges get inspected alongside the wheels. New rollers dropped into worn hinges buy a quiet door for a few months and then hand you the same problem back.
Grit, cold, and an unheated attached garage
Nothing in a garage stays clean. Sand and road grit come off the cars all winter, settle in the horizontal track and get ground into the bearings on every cycle. Sealed nylon rollers cope with that far better than open steel ones, which are effectively a bare bearing surface left out in the weather.
Cold finishes the job. A dry bearing that is merely stiff in October binds properly in January, and the opener pulls harder to make up for it. If your door has become slower and noisier since the temperature dropped, look at the rollers before you condemn the motor.

Leave those two alone. The brackets they sit in are under full spring load whenever the door is closed, and opening one with tension still in the system is how people get badly hurt. The intermediate rollers are less dramatic but still want the door properly supported.
